While I was hiking in the newly reopened Mariposa Grove scouting for an elopement later this year, I got a call from a very excited Rebekah!
“Glacier Point road is open! That is where I always dreamed we would elope, can we change the ceremony location to there instead of the meadows?”
I was so excited for her! The road usually doesn't open until late May, so the fact it opened within the first week of the month was a miracle.
Rebekah & Domingo have been through so much in their marriage, starting with having a wedding that didn't feel very true to them. They always wanted to elope. So here they are years later, finally getting to their dream elopement location and getting to bring their son along! We had a beautiful morning with them playing with their son, hearing their vows, and giving them the elopement experience they always dreamed of.
