I am so excited to be bringing to you Courtney & Cameron's proposal story, one of my favorite adventure experience's with a couple to date!
Lately I've been trying to really focus in on the “adventure” aspect of my photography, pushing the limits of what you think is possible for a photoshoot. I sent Cameron a list of locations to choose from to propose to Courtney. The locations were lesser known spots more geared towards privacy. We met out at the spot he chose the day before, and when I showed him the spot we saw a rope swing set up there. I mentioned being able to have my friends set up a rope swing in my email, but it wasn't until he saw it that he really got inspired.
Courtney and Cameron got engaged on the ledge of one of my favorite arches. Several of their friends were waiting watching from below, cheering them on as soon as Courtney said YES. She was so surprised! After greeting their friends and sharing congratulations, I also had a few of my friends waiting to show them all an incredible and unique opportunity. My friends rigged a rope swing for them, Courtney went first, follow by Cameron, and each of their friends got the opportunity to push their limits and swing off into the sunset!
This made for one of my favorite shoots EVER.
