Adding this question has helped us get to know our clients so much better even from just their first email! This is what Caitlin said when she reach out to us;
“Bash and I have always embraced the adventurous and spontaneous side of life! We hail from Portland, OR and last year we traded in our downtown lifestyle to purchase a boat and live aboard on the Columbia River (which has been an adventure in itself!). Otherwise, we'd say some of our favorite memories have been made traveling throughout the Western US in our trusty old 4runner camping our way through the National and State Parks.”
Jeremiah and I being Vanlifers, were so intrigued by the idea of Boat Life, and also their beloved 4runner! They reached out to us with an epic southwest road trip itinerary, and we decided to meet up in Moab for a full day adventure, that turned into a full weekend! We did two OHV routes with them, visited Dead Horse Point, and then to Arches National Park for sunset. Afterwards, we headed back to an Airbnb together for a home cooked meal, drinks, & board game night! Truly, a perfect day for us that we got to share with our clients.
We are so excited to be shooting their intimate wedding in Bend, Oregon this June! We love shooting engagement sessions in a totally different environment than where the wedding will be, I adore giving them photos from vastly different but equally incredible landscapes.
