Crater Lake National Park was our first stop in Oregon during our two week road trip through the Pacific Northwest. I didn't have much expectation for Crater Lake, of course I did so much research into other elopements and landscape photography from there, but I still couldn't have ever guessed just how incredible it was. Jeremiah and I travel a lot, we've been lucky to see many beautiful places in our lives, but it's been a long time since our breath was taken away. When we drove up a mountain to the rim of Crater Lake, and all the sudden saw how huge it is, it literally left us speechless. Crater Lake is out of this world, it feels like you’re on a different planet. Definitely one of my new favorite national parks!
This was our second time meeting up with David and Amanda, We had met them back in February in Joshua Tree National Park! I feel so lucky to have been able to work with them again on this shoot. They live and travel full time in their RV, so when I saw they were in Oregon for the summer, I knew we had to meet up! Amanda bought this Reclamation dress for herself, and she’s now renting it out for anyone else who wants to use it! This shoot came together so beautifully, the hike in the dark to get up to this spot at 4am was so worth it. Thank you to all the vendors who helped, I will leave links below!
