After shooting Danae & Gavin's engagement session at Rattlesnake Ridge, I drove down to Bend to scout some locations for Caitlin & Bach's intimate wedding.

I got to meet these two on their epic trip to Moab earlier this spring, we had the most incredible weekend shooting their engagement photos (you can view those here!). At the time they were considering eloping in the North Cascades, but they decided an intimate wedding in Bend was perfect for them. Some of their most meaningful memories are at Caitlin's parents ranch in Bend. Caitlin sent me a list of parks in the area that were meaningful to her, and I went and scouted a private location by the river for their first look.

Their ceremony took place at Smith Rock State Park, with hikers ascending Misery Ridge and climbers scaling the rocks as their backdrop. Finally, we ended the day at a brewery downtown to celebrate with their family and closest friends.

This whole weekend was so beautiful and meaningful, I am so grateful Caitlin and Bach chose me as their photographer, and I'm eager to visit Bend again soon!
